Lovely shop and the staff were not pushy at all. Great for occasion wear. Given space and fan to keep area cool. Maybe they could offer some refreshments like coffee or tea to give a more celebration feel. Was offered water.

An absolute amazing purchase journey. I had been looking around for a few months for a hat for my daughter's wedding but could not find the correct colour or style I was looking for. I searched online with Nigel Rayment & within half an hour had easily found the hat I wanted. The ordering process was quick & simple & the site very user-friendly, but when the hat arrived a few days later........well, what can I say - the quality was excellent & the colour true to it's description. It arrived in a huge sturdy hat box within another box with layers & layers of tissue paper protecting the hat. I will definitely order from here again if I ever need another hat, highly recommended
