As a mother of the groom looking for THE dress, I had visited several other boutiques in Scotland as well as the high end department stores in Edinburgh and London and had no luck and I really was not enjoying the experience, that is until I met Nigel and his team. I was made to feel instantly welcome and put at ease. No pressure selling or rushing us along, lots and lots of choice and honest, kind opinions and support. Then to top off finding THE dress, the headwear choice that Nigel (and his son) create and have on offer is outstanding, instantly recommending the perfect hat to go with my dress. I felt fantastic and genuinely do not hesitate recommending Nigel’s boutique to anyone. I will definitely be back for other events, it was well worth the round trip from Edinburgh.

Visited the Marble Arch branch on Friday and was so impressed with the service. I was shown a selection of dresses in my size but sadly didn’t purchase as unsure about the colour, I wasn’t pressured instead given some advice and treated warmly despite me not buying anything. Ordered 2 dresses on line for my daughter’s wedding . Both are such beautiful quality and a perfect fit Delivery was very quick and each dress was carefully packed in a high quality dress carrier for protection . I contacted the boutique itself for some advice and they were very professional and helpful . The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this boutique
