Excellent service all round. Kept fully up to date throughout the ordering, processing & delivery stages. Dress was received promptly & nicely packaged. Not that it was needed but the package also contained a returns form along with a pre printed 48hr tracked Royal Mail label which is a considerate touch.

I had only started the search for my dress for daughter’s wedding in Italy next summer and decided to fly over from Belfast to see what London had to offer. I am so glad I booked in with Nigel as he knew what would suit me and I ended up buying the first dress he suggested even though it was totally different to what I had envisaged. The whole experience was relaxed and friendly with no pressure to purchase. I visited Mo for dress alterations and he was also excellent. I ended up buying a second dress from the sale rail for the legal ceremony in UK.
