I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Nigel Rayment London, especially after the really disappointing experience I had the previous week with a John Lewis personal stylist.
I was tended to by Elena who could not have been more helpful. She gave us free rein to look around and then found suitable dresses in my size, based on what I’d chosen. She gave great advice, and chose the perfect hat & shoes to help me with my choice.
There was no pressure selling, and I felt very happy with the dress I chose for my daughter’s wedding. I will be bringing it back for alterations nearer the date, and will probably also buy the hat I tried on.
I would highly recommend Nigel Rayment for any formal occasion dresses, especially a wedding. They may be expensive but you feel like a million dollars! Totally worth it!

Our visit was nothing short of perfect. We were given plenty of time to browse at our leisure, without ever feeling pressured to make a purchase. Nigel was extremely helpful and offered honest, professional advice about which styles suited us and which did not.
Looking at dresses online simply does not compare to seeing them in person and trying them on. The whole experience was very professional, relaxed and enjoyable.

The only minor negative point of feedback would be that it would have been helpful to know in advance about the additional cost of alterations. Aside from that, we could not fault the experience and would highly recommend it.
